Often, we recognize the existence of gaps within our business, yet fail to pinpoint their exact locations. Even when we do identify these gaps, we tend to underestimate the detrimental impact they could have on our business growth. And so we stay in this weird place where we know and we know that we know but somehow are powerless to do anything about it.
For example: seemingly minor issues like the absence of a social media profile picture, neglecting reels in content creation, or lacking a functional website can be the critical difference between a $10,000 venture and a $100,000 powerhouse. Yet, one still doesn't act on this basic action.

Hence, I firmly advocate that for businesses to pivot and scale up tenfold, it’s not about seeking external solutions like endless learning and networking ventures. The key instead lies inward—by scrutinizing and rectifying operational gaps promptly, regardless of their scale and taking any corrective action, no matter how small, to bridge those gaps daily.
Here's a gem to keep: remember, it's not a lack of knowledge that hampers your business; it’s the absence of implementation.
Opt for progress marred with imperfections over relentless pursuit of perfectionism any day.
